Phone Appointment Guide

Currently we do not operate by an external booking system so all appointments must be done through our shop phone, 01273 688144.

Please consult the easy step by step guide when phoning the shop.

1) Choose your piercing before hand if possible
2) Book any additional piercings you would like
3) Choose a date and a time
4) Have your card information ready
5) At the end of the process you will need to pay a £10 deposit

About your appointment

You can amend or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment. Any no shows will not receive a refund. To cancel or amend your appointment please call our shop number. Please do not try to email as we are very busy and sometimes can’t answer emails in a timely manner.

Please don’t be late, we can’t keep your time slot and may not be able to fit you in at another time.

You must bring a valid government photo ID with you to your appointment.

Under 16? You must bring a parent or guardian with ID too.
